"I was disappointed with the service I was receiving (and the cost of) from my existing car/homeowners insurance agent.... was looking for alternatives. I had met Brian a few years back, through my son(who is one of his clients) on a golf course. My son always had good things to say about the service (and rates) he received through Brian.....so I thought I would give him a call and see what he could do for me. He was easy to contact and arrange an appointment, his place of business was very accessible in Lower Burrell. I met with him a few days ago for a couple hours at his office, went over my existing car/homeowners policy in detail, he explained/gave me some tips on what was good in the existing policies and what he could improve on. Also some additional things I could do to reduce my car rates. He gave me quotes comparing 'apples to apples' and also quotes on how he could improve on my existing policies. The 'apples to apples' quotes were a few hundred dollars (around $400+) less than my existing policies....and with his recommended improvements (which I agreed with)were still close to that amount.......with more savings coming after my wife and I take a class. I signed up that day. I haven't had a claim yet (and I hope I never do) but based on my sons experiences with Brian, Brian has been responsive, stays in touch, and his staff is very helpful with claims, and keeping him (my son) current with the best rates he can offer, as his life conditions change."
